I would like to say a huge thank you to Sarah. I had quite a few sessions of hypnosis and I found them to be life changing. At the start I was very emotional, feeling quite low and really having a hard time. By the end of the sessions I was feeling much better, able to handle stress with a more level head, and I felt much better about myself and life in general. Sarah has a very calm, understanding and non-judgemental way which made me feel comfortable to open up and discuss personal issues. This then helped Sarah to identify the root causes of my troubles and then use the right script to help untangle them. I was also given a recording to listen to at bedtime which helped relax my very busy mind and help me sleep. I cannot thank Sarah enough. I feel very lucky to have had these sessions. I have had hypnosis in the past but this was by far the best. I looked forward to the session, having a catch up and each week I would be asked "tell me all the good things that happened last week" which help to really focus on the happy things and maintain a positive mindset.
